PROBLEM:
Following the transition from WHSmith to TGJones on the high street, the brand required a full visual rollout across stores.
This included developing new in-store assets, customer-facing materials and internal stationery, all while adapting to varying store layouts, formats and timelines. The challenge was to establish a consistent visual identity and apply it accurately across multiple touchpoints — from storefronts to in-store navigation and printed materials.
SOLUTION:
I supported the rollout of the TGJones brand from the early stages, creating and adapting visual assets across both customer and internal touchpoints.
This included designing the full suite of customer and employee value pack stationery, as well as producing in-store POS materials and storefront visuals. I worked on early-stage campaign concepts, including Back to School, and contributed to the visualisation of new store formats and layouts.
All artwork was developed and delivered across multiple formats, ensuring accuracy, consistency and readiness for print and installation.
RESULTS:
TGJones branding was successfully implemented across high street locations, creating a consistent and recognisable in-store experience.
Cohesive visual identity across customer and internal materials
Scalable artwork applied across multiple store formats
Ongoing involvement in brand development and rollout
My continued collaboration reflects the ability to deliver precise, on-brand artwork within fast-paced retail environments.
